The introduction of MiniContainment to the Dutch market in 2015 was preceeded by extensive preparation and testing. In the beginning, we mainly focused on removing window sills. And even though from the very start in 2015, we were very self-confident about the product MiniContainment, we rely on the confidence given to us by clients and/or partners. Housing Talis was the first pioneer to try this new technology. And successfully. In no time at all a 150 windowsills were detached and removed. Not only the client, but also the residents were satisfied as it caused hardly any inconvenience. "They see no men in white suits and just have to move their furniture a little. They can just stay in the room during removal."
The SZW inspected the working area and reported “no defects”. In fact they indicated that especially the hygienic working conditions for the workers are drastically improved when working with MiniContainment.
Watch the video below to find out how experts evaluate the removal of window sills with MiniContainment.
Working with MiniContainment means working efficient and effective. The remediation itself needs less time (see video below). In addition, great efficiency is achieved as the ‘resting-hours’, obliged for workers in protective suits and masks, are no longer needed. To work even more effective, we can line up several MiniContainments. So when the start final inspection starts in one, we can already start the removal in the next MiniContainment.
